My Story

I come from Peru, a country where food is identity, celebration, and memory. My journey began in professional kitchens, but it was curiosity about my roots that truly shaped the way I cook. I traveled through different regions of Peru to explore traditional techniques, ancestral flavors, and the stories behind them. There, I understood something that still defines my style today: Peruvian cuisine is a meeting point. Deep roots combined with influences that arrived from afar and became part of everyday life. That balance teaches respect for ingredients, for people, and for the act of cooking itself.

Before settling in Italy, I worked in Spain, where I developed a strong sense of rhythm, organization, and precision. Spanish kitchens taught me the importance of timing, coordination, and calm execution, especially when cooking for others. Just as important, they reinforced the idea that good food must always be supported by thoughtful, attentive service.

It was in Spain that I met Chiara, who would later become my wife. Together, we decided to build our life in Tuscany, the place where she grew up. Moving here marked a turning point in my culinary path.

Through Chiara’s family, hunters for generations, I discovered an intimate and deeply authentic side of Tuscan cuisine. I learned about slow-cooked stews, game, patient stocks, and the importance of seasonality. Tuscany taught me to cook with restraint, to let ingredients speak, and to respect the land and its ecosystem. This experience completed my journey, allowing me to bring together my Peruvian heritage, the discipline learned in Spain, and the simplicity and depth of Italian cooking.

Today, I work as a private chef, creating tailored dining experiences in private homes and villas. Every experience begins with a conversation: understanding what you enjoy, the atmosphere you wish to create, and the occasion you are celebrating. From there, I design the menu, select the ingredients, cook on-site, serve with care, and leave everything in perfect order.

My goal is simple: to make you and your guests feel genuinely cared for. I believe a private chef experience should feel calm, personal, and effortless. You take care of enjoying the moment. I take care of everything else.
